She waited four decades to report her [sexual] abuse.

frankk comment: What's really interesting to me is how the 81 yr old rapist,  who has a terminal illness, what need does he have to still publicly lie about his crimes? He partially admitted blame,  but to me this just shows how hard ego and pride are to eradicate, even for the worst criminals. Who do they think they're fooling? You have to at least respect pedophiles who know they're guilty, admit their crimes fully,  realize they are sick and want to change for the better. The second interesting thing is how it almost never came to public light. It took one victim confessing to another, and her reporting to the police to  finally get the wheel of justice turning and finding out there were maybe dozens more victims for a period of decades. In an earlier time, before the internet, cel phone cameras, and social media, these kinds of mass pedophile rings never get exposed. Harvey Weinstein (hollywood power brokers), Catholic Church, Bill Cosby, Larry Nassir, (women's o...

Notes on convicted felon Donald Trump, first felon to be elected U.S. President 2025

A convicted felon can't be a police officer or vote. But they can be elected as President of United States. Why? Trump finds a new way for foreign governments to pay him off: Crypto

Trump finds a new way for foreign governments to pay him off: Crypto

  * Trump insiders own about 80 percent of the [Trump memecoin] tokens,  which means on paper they have made tens of billions of dollars for doing precisely nothing.   * Even without needing to sell a single coin from their reserve, on the first day the Trump team banked an estimated $58 million on trading fees alone . https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2025/01/21/trump-crypto-ponzi-scheme/ Democracy Dies in Darkness Opinion Catherine Rampell Trump’s crypto coin is little more than a whizbang Ponzi scheme. January 21, 2025  The era of the Shakedown Economy has officially begun — and it started with something called a presidential “sh--coin.” No, I am not making this up. Make sense of the latest news and debates with our daily newsletter Two days before his inauguration, Donald Trump abruptly launched a new cryptocurrency,  traded as “$TRUMP.”  For those unfamiliar, this kind of crypto token or “memecoin” is released and traded on public markets, sort ...

A convicted felon can't be a police officer or vote. But they can be elected as President of United States. Why?

excerpt from Kareem Abdul Jabbar's substack after the day convicted felon Donald Trump was elected President, Kareem summed up  the situation nicely, hitting the important points. https://substack.com/@kareemabduljabbareditor America fooled me.  Just when I was optimistic that we had turned a corner against irrationality, hate, and greed,   and were marching forward toward a new age of enlightenment.  We hurtle backward in time to a dark place   where we dance around a pagan fire like the deranged children in Lord of the Flies. I don’t want this to turn into a bitter diatribe about my disappointment in the American people  who selected a rapist, racist, and cognitively challenged buffoon as their leader.  Who put all marginalized people’s lives and rights at risk.  Who put the security of the country at risk.  Who put our children’s futures at risk. The next four years will be challenging as we are led by a man in serious mental dec...

Jarod Koopman, IRS super agent, recovering billions for taxpayers and taking out big time criminals and child molesters

frankk comment: What's really cool about him (one of the things), is he believes in doing public service, so the greatest number of beings can benefit. He could be making 3-5 times as much money working in the private sector, but works for the reviled IRS and hated by most of the public. article: (from behind washington post pay wall) The Cyber Sleuth By Geraldine Brooks October 1, 2024  https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/interactive/2024/cyber-sleuth/?itid=hp_opinions_p001_f015 Geraldine Brooks is a novelist and former foreign correspondent for the Wall Street Journal.  Her books include “March,” which won the 2006 Pulitzer Prize for fiction, “Horse” and the forthcoming “Memorial Days.” At an early-morning Brazilian jujitsu class in Hamburg, N. Y., sweat flies as men pair off and pounce on each other, grappling and grunting on the mats.  The fighters are so entangled that it’s hard to tell which hand or foot belongs to which body.  Jarod Koopman, the blac...
